 Los Cristianos
Set around a small harbour busy with yachts, ferries, and tourist boats, Los Cristianos has two large beaches with soft gold and grey sand which is swept clean every day, and, to the west of the harbour, protected by a sea-wall, the excellent Playa de las Vistas, a wide beach man-made from imported Sahara sand. There is a long promenade stretching from Los Cristianos to Las Amercias and beyond, ideal for the less able and wheelchair users. The atmosphere is bright and entertaining with a variety of bars and restaurants for all tastes.
 Las Galletas
Originally a fishing village it still preserves the traditional fish market on the seafront in the early morning. There is a small harbour with a stony beach with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Along the promenade there is an excellent variety of restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets whilst enjoying Sangria. Las Galletas is an ideal shopping area for shoes, clothes and sports shops, many parts are pedestrianised.
